Ordering
Browse the catalog, add treatments to your cart, and continue to checkout. The checkout flow collects intake answers, any booking requirements, and the provider-review details needed before a prescription can be fulfilled.
Yes, all prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Our medical team can evaluate your eligibility and provide a prescription if appropriate during your consultation.
Once your consultation is complete and your prescription is approved, orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Billing & Insurance
We do not currently accept insurance. However, our prices are competitive and we offer transparent pricing. You may be able to use your HSA/FSA card for eligible purchases.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), HSA/FSA cards, and debit cards. All payments are processed securely.
Consultation fees are refundable if cancelled 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Medication orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped. Please contact our support team for assistance with specific situations.

Our medical team consists of licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who are board-certified in their respective fields. All providers are licensed to practice in your state.
After completing checkout, any required booking steps are shown directly on the page. A provider then reviews your history, confirms whether treatment is appropriate, and follows up with next steps when needed.

We only dispense FDA-approved medications sourced from licensed pharmacies. All products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements.
If you experience any side effects, contact your provider immediately or seek emergency medical attention if severe. Our medical team is available to address concerns and adjust your treatment plan if needed.

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents or our company name. Your privacy is our priority.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are set by the dispensing pharmacy and are shown during checkout. Many medications are perishable, so orders often ship overnight in discreet packaging to protect product quality and get treatment to you quickly.
